Meditating at the start of the day can bring so many different benefits to our health and wellbeing such as starting the day feeling calmer, more focused, energised, and productive.
Mornings are my favourite time to meditate as it really helps me set myself up for the day ahead, whatever that looks like. If you can get into a daily morning practice, even for 5 minutes, you will be surprised at how much calmer, focused and potentially energised you are during the day.

£4.00 per 30 min session. Booking and payment in advance of a class is essential.

August Classes - Thursday 6th August 2020 7.30 am till 8.00 am - 4 weeks (6th, 13th, 20th, 27th).
October Classes - Thursday 1st October 2020 7.30 am till 8.00 am - 4 weeks (1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd).
November Classes - Thursday 5th November 2020 7.30 am until 8.00 am – 4 weeks (5th, 12th, 19th, 26th).
What to expect
All sessions will be approx. 30 mins long.
I will lead a guided meditation or two so please be sure to mute yourself whilst the meditations are underway, so we can have silence in the background for the meditation.
Make sure you are in a quiet place where you can meditate. Optionally, light a candle, have background music ready to play when we are meditating, hold a crystal, diffuse some essential oil, or set the mood in any way you would like.
Please access your link to zoom 5 mins before so we are ready to start at 6.30pm.
